Used the PRICELINE links from this site, and initially wanted the Westminster or Mayfair/Soho area, so bid:

Westminster, $90 (rejected)

Westminster, Mayfair - Soho, $95 (rejected)

Did some research into some of the other London areas, and decided to include Bloomsbury - Marble Arch:

Bloomsbury - Marble Arch, $85 (rejected)

Bloomsbury - Marble Arch, Mayfair - Soho, $90 (accepted)

Mayfair - Soho seems like a good area to re-bid on 4* since they seem to have the more expensive 4* hotels and wouldn't accept lower-priced bids.
