gcap05
Are there any examples of 4* and 5* hotels around manhattan NYC that people are getting? Link to comment
gcap05
If I have an active bid and no takers for it, how is it possible to cancel the bid all together using priceline? And also, is it possible to cancel the bid even before a hotel attempts to look at it?? Link to comment
thereuare
As with your London request, have you first looked at the HOTWIRE HOTEL LISTS and PRICELINE HOTEL LISTS.You will usually know within 2 minutes if your bid is accepted or not... at worst (if Priceline reverts to its old system, which they occaisionally do), so there is no ability to cancel your bid.I think you will have better success at BetterBidding if you post specific questions pertaining to your stay."What hotels have people been getting" doesn't really serve much purpose (and is easily found if you browse the board), while a question of "I will be going to NYC on 1/15/05 for 5 nites and would like to stay at a 3* or 4* hotel. How much should i bid, and i don't want to go higher than $150/nite" would be much more meaningful and we can provide more specific assitance. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
gcap05
Thanks for the info. Will try to be more specific from now on as I have all the data I need to make an informed decision on my travel. Thanks! Link to comment
