This property has not yet been identified, but if you're looking for something with a good location, you're going to need to look more towards the city center... Bostom Common, Quincy Market, Back Bay, imo.

Thanks for letting me know the most convenient areas.... as expected, the prices there are significantly higher. I will try to check this week if i find something affordable for me. In case I don't, I want to know my options, which is, going to a further, but reasonable area (is this newton/hardvard area too bad? or which other area?) in case i dont find it reasonable, or the affordable areas are way too far, i will just skip boston all together.
