Started bidding yesterday (6/27) to stay July 4th weekend in NYC (2 nights). Followed the PRICELINE links on this site to begin all bids.

First bid $110 per night zones noted below - bid rejected but Priceline provided a counter offer ...if you are willing to raise your price by $22....I declined.

Then tried a second bid $115 same zones as above but added Central park South & Upper East Side/Upper West Side. Bid rejected.

This morning I bid $115 for the following zones and bid was accepted:-

Very happy with the price, stayed at this hotel before without any problems. Checked out betterbidding before placing bids to get an idea of winning bid prices. This is a great site.
