Reading up on some tips and previous wins here on the boards I started at $32 for 4* in scottsdale. Fail.

Then added airport area 4* @ $33. Fail.

I continued to add new areas and went down to 3.5* on the third attempt. I went up $1 and added a new zone for each attempt until I got the Hyatt Regency Phoenix 3.5* for $39 a night 04/07/09 to 07/07/09. This is a 2 bedroom deal for 4 people with a total of around $270 with taxes.
