Hotwire Hotel: HELP - Qubec Hotel

Hi All,

I am planning to make a reservation for Quebec City Downtown hotel from 7/12/2009-/7/16/2009 thru HOTWIRE. I will be using HOTWIRE First time. I am not sure that should I go with 3* or 4*. I have seen that for some other dates(i.e. 7/3/2009-7/5/2009) 3* hotel has higher rate than 4*.

If you need help to ID a hotel so please list the amenties HOTWIRE associates with the hotel you're looking at.

If you ask me. If the 3* is cheaper and better rated than the 4* and both hotels are in the same zone would i go for the 3*. Are both hotels listed at HOTWIRE for your dates?
