Hi New to this forum but I did my homework before posting this message. I need some help here;

planning a trip with my husband and 8-year daughter. If I search with 2 aults and 1 child, come with 4* Fitness/Pool/Restaurant/Business/High-Speed, $79/night.

If I search with 2 aults and 2 children, come with 4* Fitness/Pool/Restaurant/Business/High-Speed, $80/night.

Both rating are 3.5 out of 5 Based on 200+ customer reviews. Except the price, pretty everything is same.

Are they different hotels or same?

the reason for booking with 2 kids is to increasing the chance to get 2 beds- is I right? Thanks.

I did a search for you dates but i can't get the same hotel to appear. I tried with both 2a/2c + 2a/1c. The hotel i can see dont have the pool icon. But it got the same price and TA details. And looking at the history for reported hotels in this zone makes me belive that this is the same hotel anyway since it has been reported with diffrent amentie combos.

The hotel i can se in my search (2a/2c + 2a/1c) is 4* Fitness/Restaurant/Business/High-Speed. 3.5 out of 5 Based on 200+ customer reviews.

This is a match for the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel so that would be my best guess.

Please run a new search and post if you still can see the hotel in your first post. But i belive we're looking at the same hotel. And so did you when you alternated 1/2 children in your search.

I have booked the hotel today. This is actually Hyatt Regency Montreal, with a great deal of $77 !

Yes, the Hyatt sometimes appear without the pool icon. I should have mention that as an option. But i honestly thought that this was the Sheraton. Sorry for that, i should know better. But it sounds that you're are satisfied with the result and that is great!
