Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Baltimore (Downtown-Inner Harbor) Tremont Plaza

I have been trying for a month on Priceline to find a 3* and up hotel in the Inner Harbor for Friday and Saturday night July 24th. Hotels for those evenings were much more expensive than normal (weekend and something must be going on). I was having no luck with bids up to $110. I then tried for just Friday night and still no luck. I switched to HOTWIRE and a $115 rate popped up for 3*+ so I jumped on it. I was given the Tremont Plaza and happy to get it. I have always had great luck on PRICELINE but not this time.
