So by starting new bids, there are tons of unique free bid opportunties: D, D+B, D+S, D+TE, D+B+S, D+B+TE, D+S+TE, D+B+S+TE. Tried $1 intervals from $45 up. $45, $46, $47, $48, $49 rejected (with counteroffers of +$14for some), $50 accepted.
