Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying hotel in Empire State Building Area

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me identify a 3.5-star hotel in Empire State Building Area. The dates are September 1-6th at $154 per night.

The amenities are Boutique, Smoke free rooms, Complimentary breakfast, Fitness Center, restaurant, High-Speed Internet Access.

Looking at the amenities, especially the complimentary breakfast, I think it is 'Morgans- an Ian Schrager Hotel.' However, it says on the hotel list that this is now listed as 4 star and was previously 3.5 star.

Does the star rating ever vary like this?

The 3.5* has not yet been identified, a guess would be the Morgans Ian Schrager Hotel if it has been downgraded to the 3.5* level, although there is no evidence of this at the moment, just speculatation based upon not seeing anything else that matches.
