After googling, found out that this is where the "Curvaceous Cuties" hang out. :) I'll drive by, but if it looks scary I'll press on through the night to Lake Placid.I should have tried the PRICELINE, but I'm hoping for the best. GM Mike Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 It looks like this used to be the "family-run" Cocca's Motel, now with a brand name on it. According to the Cocca's website, the "exterior" rooms are recently remodeled, tho I think all the rooms are exterior rooms.Might not be as bad as you expect. It's in a good location for access to I-87, plus food and some shopping.If you get stuck, there are plenty of low-ish priced hotels/motels right nearby. You may be able to get a walk-up Entertainment Card or rest-stop travel magazine rate at many of them. Link to comment
