Low Bidder Posted June 22, 2009 Report Posted June 22, 2009 I first tried PRICELINE (used the board's links this time) and tried to bid $55 for a 3-star and was rejected. Priceline immediately gave me the offer to re-bid if I increased my price by $15 (to $70). I did and it was accepted, but at that point it was identical with the Hotwire price for a 3-star of $75 (after taxes, etc.). I decided to go with HOTWIRE this time.I've seen cheaper ones out there, but I think this one is a little higher because of the Pacific Crest Triathlon & Event Weekend going on at the Sunriver resort on Friday/Saturday.So, the Hotwire hotel details....3* Phoenix Inn Suites (Bend-Sunriver)$75 for 1-night 6/25/2009... with taxes was $88.21Amenities included: Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s)Other hotel sites (Hotels.com, Expedia) isted the Phoenix Inn for $124, without any discounts.

You can still see the amenities associated with the property you purchased by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.Thank you for sharing your results with the board and using our HOTWIRE link to begin your purchase.Enjoy your stay.
