Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Denver (Airport DEN) Marriott at Gateway Park

With five rebid zones (and therefore up to 32 bids), I started with bids of $35, $37, and $39, then increased in $1 increments and was accepted at $46 by the Marriott.

I'll be attending an event at another hotel in this area, and decided to bid for a cheaper (and nicer) place. I might have been to get a better deal at a 3* - almost certainly the Crowne Plaza - but decided to pay extra for the assurance of getting a good hotel that's reasonably close to the host venue (closer than the Crowne Plaza, and much closer than some 3* hotels in this zone). The best rate on Marriott.com was $99, so it's not the most dramatic discount I've ever received on Priceline, but it's still a very good rate at the hotel I wanted.
