Priceline Hotel: Honeymoon in Sepetember

Hi everyone. First post here so hopefully can receive some good advice.

My fiancee and I are planning on making the trip from Iowa to Chicago for our honeymoon. Here is a list of "wants" that we have for this trip.

1. Arrival = August 31st Checkout = September 4th

2. Cost = 100-150 a night (Wouldn't mind going all out and having a 200-300 room for the first night if we find somewhere worth it)

3. Close to the night life/shops/restaurants. (So burbs are not an option)

I was just in Chicago last year and stayed at the Palmers House for a night and it was awesome. Room was a bit small for my brother and I but we were hardly ever there. It will be her first time to Chicago and considering we only live 5 hours away, I want to show her a good time to "entice" her to allow me (read us) to visit more frequently.

So if anyone has any suggestions, I am open ears. We may have a car (have not decided on the AmTrac yet or not).

Also, there is a pizza shop over by Michigan Ave that I forgot the name of but it was the best pizza ever. It was in a sports bar/restaurant. I don't have much details other than that and it was withing walking distance of the Palmer's House. I know it's not much details but if anyone could help me out with the name, I will send you a slice.

Your budget is not likely going to be an issue, but the question is are looking for the least expensive 4* or better hotel for this stay OR are you looking to pay a little more to take an educated guess as to what you'll likely receive before your purchase?
