jniff Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Used the link to PRICELINE. Got the Holiday Inn East St. Paul in one bid for $40 for a stay on 8/1/09. Hotel web site indicates it was renovated in June 2008, and it looks very nice. Rack rate was $73.
