DFW25FLY Posted June 20, 2009 Report Posted June 20, 2009 Just wanted to post my success for a bid I did last night for Boston. I bid 3-star for only Copley Square zone and put in a bid of $55/nt and it was instantly accepted. I really didn't think it would be accepted and am now wondering if I could have even have gone as low as $50. However, am VERY happy at this $55 a night rate at a good hotel in a prime area of Boston.3 nights with tax comes to a grand total of $195.00. That is cheaper than one night before tax for the lowest rate listed on Hilton.com and Expedia of $209.00/nt. Very happy as I haven't seen anyone get this hotel this low yet. I have seen a $60-$65 here and there but definitely not $55.00.As I am new to this site and navigating around, I will be sure to post all future bids through the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links thru this site.
