Priceline Hotel: Williamsburg help needed for one night, 6/27-6/28

I have never used Priceline before and don't know where to start with the bidding. It is more or less immaterial where we stay although we would prefer the historic area, and would like a hotel 2.5 stars or above. Any thoughts?

Given the rates that I'm seeing for these dates, $45 would be a reasonable starting point to bid for a 2.5* in the Williamsburg (Historic - Busch Gardens) area for this date.

HOTWIRE also has a 2.5* for $56 with breakfast/pool/internet, although that hotel has not yet been reported to the board/ID'd (although if I had to guess, I'm guessing it may be the America's Best Value Inn - Williamsburg.)
