Hotwire had a 2.5* for $49 (likely the Jameson Inn), but all of the 3* on Hotwire were over $100. The Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn had transparent rates around $160-180. The Sheraton Four Points (not in the west zone) had a transparent rate of $130. Given my recent wins in other cities and point redemption options, I wasn't willing to go higher on Priceline.
