Just booked using HOTWIRE through the link on this website. A hotwire search in the Chicago Mag. Mile area for these 2 days turned up:

4.5* Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Hi-Speed Internet

4.5/5 rating on Tripadvisor, based on 240+ reviews

$114/night + $39.92 taxes and fees

Turned out to be the Hilton Conrad, which I wasn't at all surprised about thanks to this wonderful website, where I could cross reference the amenities on the pinned Hotwire Hotel list and then look up the rating and number of reviews on Tripadvisor.

Thanks so much for the site...the information was invaluable, especially to someone who doesn't like to gamble TOO much with where she is staying. :)
