Tried to book this and repeatedly got.."This itinerary is no longer available." Could not book that one.

Ended up with3.5-star hotel in Disney Main Gate - Celebration. Thanks to your site, I knew this is the hotel I would get and its what I wanted based on the hotels web site. It looked very nice. (but read below)

**** THEN I read the reviews..HORRIBLE (dirty..old rooms..hard bed..smelly..disgrase to the Radisson name. etc)... Called to try and reserve a smoke free room and sleep number bed (bad back)..told I cant request ANYTHING because I booked through Hotwire. "You have to take what we have left when you get here. Thats the problem with Hotwire sir." I think I just made a horrible mistake and screwed up my vacation. lesson learned..read the reviews BEFORE you bid..duh.

Sorry to hear that the results weren't exactly what you had hoped for (I'm guessing this is the Radisson Celebration?) I'd try calling again at a different time of day to see if you can't talk to someone else, or call Radisson's direct reservation line and see if they are any help. Some recent reviews aren't too bad, so hopefully the hotel will turn out to be a pleasant surprise.
