Priceline Hotel: 2* Toronto (Mississauga) Fairfield Inn Oakville

I'm looking at hotwire for a 2 night stay in Oakville. A 2.5 * and 3* are both coming up. Any guess which hotel they can be?

These are the icons that are displayed...

3* - gym, swimming, internet connection, laundry and fax

2.4 * - coffee, fax, laundry and internet connection

Neither of the above prooperties have yet been identified. A few guesses...

The amenities of the 2.5* have previous been reported to be assocaited with the Country Inn and Suites, but this property was reported at the 3* level, so a guess would be that this property has been downgraded to the 2.5* level and that might be what you're seeing above.

For the 3* i don't have a guess, but if you change your search to 2adults/2chidlren you see the same amenities as the above plus a Restaurant icon (these may be the same hotels with differnet amenity combinations being shown) but with a Restaurant, the Holiday Inn brands often use this amenity combination so one of the Holiday Inn properties (there are two i this area) would be my best guess.

As you can, not overly confident with either guess, but that's my best shot at each.

Thanks for your help. I didn't want to take my chances getting Country Inn Suites (not a fan of the one in Oakville) so I decided to go bid on PRICELINE (using the link on this site) and got Fairfied in at $36 on the first try. I used the Mississauga map, not Oakville Burlington.

I was extremely happy with my win, great hotel and awesome price.
