Traveling to NYC June 25-29. Hotel listed in Times Square - The Theater District for $169:

Boutique

Non-smoking Rooms

Restaurant

Business Center

High Speed Internet

I think this is the Mela, but previous people have not listed 'non-smoking rooms' as one of the criteria

This property has not yet been identified, but i don't believe it's the Hotel Mela as there are too many inconsistencies with this listing for this to be the Mela.

I don't know what it is, but a guess would be the Stay. hotel, but don't have too high of a degree of confidence in this guess.

Centrally located hotel. Will be seeing some shows but also have some business on the lower east side. I may try for the 3.5 star boutique in midtown-central and find out if it is the Dream. If so, I will be sure to report back and I will use your HOTWIRE link. Thanks for all the great information.
