If you need a car + hotel + flight or car+ hotel or flight + hotel might be worthwhile to check out Hotwire. They have packages who contain both which in some cases might be good value for money. But make sure to calculate the break-even point. Unfortunately, they do not exist for a lot of destinations even not in the US.
