These amenities are quite common for a 4* Downtown city hotel, and while the Hiton has previously been report with this amenity combination, so has the InterContinental and the Renaissance, so any of these would be our best guess.

I think I'd rather stay in the West...take my chances on the Intercontinental or the Hilton. I dont think it is the Renaissance since the Renaissance is smoke free. So the Intercontinental, is that the one located on Front Street?

Should be a no-smoking icon listed but there isn't.
