I think this might be the Courtyard - Niagara Falls. provided it has been downgraded from 3.5* to 3.0*. What do you guys say?

No evidence of the Courtyard being downgraded, but everything seems to fit and that would be my best guess (although it does involve speculation that this property has been downgraded... which is possible since it hasnt' been reported to the board since July '08). Should we be wrong, at least it's still a very well used reviewed property with a 4.0/5.0 rating from Tripadvisor.
