Helped a friend get this today for a one-night stay tomorrow. Saw that someone else had gotten it for $46, so I suggested he try that first. He got a counter-offer to add $13. No thanks. Had him close it out, and bid $50, which was accepted for:

This property gets some mixed reviews, but hopefully with Wyndham taking it over they're getting their act together and improving the quality. For $50/nite in this area though it's hard to complain too much.
