Hotwire Hotel: Help ID'ing hotel in North Mich Ave, Water Towers, Gold Coast

I've tried to ID myself before and always seem to mess something up. There are 4 hotels listed:

One of them is 4*

Smoke-free, fitness, pools, restaurant, business, high speed, and tennis.

Looks like the Avenue hotel to me? But there was a different description where it said the hotel formerly known as the Radisson was now the Avenue. ??

Another is 4.5* w/ fitness, restaurant, business center, and high speed -- I think this looks to be Sofitel? Other than star ratings, though, the amenities match other hotels (Drake, etc?). Is Sofitel 4.5?

I can't find a match for this 3*: boutique, smoke-free, fitness, restaurant. The Tremont lists 3 of the 4 under the "pinned" list (doesn't list smoke free).
