spidermanxlj Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 Please help me identify this hotel:4-star hotel in Reno South - Reno/Tahoe Airport - Sparks09/06/2009Ammenities:CasinoAirport ShuttleFitness CenterPool(s)Restaurant(s)Business CenterLaundry FacilitiesHigh-speed Internet AccessTennis NearbyGolf Nearby Spa ServicesChildren's Activity ProgramIt's only $29 and I think it's dirty cheap considering it's Labor day weekend. From the previous posts, i guess it would be Altantis, but will that be its motor lodge motel? I'd prefer to staying in a more decent room even if i need to pay more:-)BTW, if i need 2 bed room, do i need to call hotwire or Altantis? Thanks!
thereuare Posted June 5, 2009 Report Posted June 5, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding! The above is a match for the Summit at Grand Sierra Resort and the Grand Sierra Resort so either of these would be our best guess.HOTWIRE guarnatees 'sleeping accomodations' for everyone you include on your search.. so if you search for double occupancy you could receive a room with one bed or two (at the hotels discretion). You can call the hotel after you know the name of the property and request a room with two beds, but there is no guarantee that they will be able, or willing, to do so.If you need two beds you can search HOTWIRE for triple (or quad) occupancy which ensures sleeping accomodations for 3 or 4... but note that the 'second bed' coudl be a pullout sofabed or a rollaway brought into the room. At a higher rated hotel i'd expect 2 beds... at 'extended stay' type of places like Residence Inn, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, etc. i would more likely expect a pullout couch. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
