Wellie Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 A new set of amenities for this property:Shuttle, fitness, business center, laundry, internet, tennis(!).No mention of suite, breakfast, or kitchenette.FWIW, priceline bids of up to $49 for 3* at BWI failed entirely; no counter-offers, etc.

It's two hotels in one building: a Hilton Garden Inn (lobby on level 1, enter from the front) and a Homewood Suites (lobby on level two, enter at ground level around back). Given the number of shiny new hotels in this area (e.g. the Starwood aLoft), I bet we'll be seeing more wins in the neighborhood.That said, i glanced at the hotel's call-around sheet: most hotels in the area were at about 90% occupancy with rates of comfortably over $100.
