Nunu
Not too crazy about this place but whatever. Was hoping for a 4* upgrade but this looks to be a new one for Priceline.Started bidding at $29 rejected.Re-bid at $35 and rejected.Took the bait and upped it $9 and got this.I've sent an e-mail to Priceline as my 3 night total with taxes and charges is $152.96 vs. $98 on Boardwalk web site. I'll let you know how i make out. Link to comment
thereuare
Sorry to hear of your disappointment on this one... i've often said that Priceline and Hotwire are not the best choice in Vegas unless you're targeting the Venetian.I think Priceline will compare your $105 total (without taxes and fees) to the Boardwalk's $90 total (without taxes) and refund you $15.Let us know how it works out. Thanks for the report... hopefully you'll have better luck in Vegas! :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
Nunu
I just heard back from Priceline. They have refunded me $54.87 to match the Boardwalks website. They originally charged me $152.97 vs. $98.10 so thats a decent refund. Link to comment
bbbb
You run a big risk when you bid 3* on the strip as a lot of dumps can be won. Link to comment
thereuare
Glad to see that Priceline guarantees the total rate for the stay (including fees and taxes) rather than just the room rate.
