Priceline Hotel: 3* Billings Crowne Plaza

This was my maiden voyage on Priceline, and was a little disappointed that my first bid was accepted at $55, but I don't think I got too bad of a deal as this place is well-reviewed and goes for exactly double the price ($110) on Expedia.

A little further detour off I-90 than I would've liked since I'm just passing through, but still looks like a decent get.

And this was before I discovered this board, so unfortunately I didn't follow the PRICELINE link...I still have several places to book for this trip though, and I will do so in the future.

Thanks for the welcome, and for reassuring me that I got good value here. You're probably right about the inventory thing, I can see that South Dakota is going to be tougher (struck out trying to book near Badlands National Park earlier today, thankfully I've got a few weeks to get the best deal I can).
