Xenophon Posted June 4, 2009 Author Report Posted June 4, 2009 Yes, the Holiday Inn Express, Seattle downtown Space Needle, was a 3* on Hotwire as of yesterday. It is still offered on Hotwire at the same $109 price for my dates; you could check it using my dates and comparing amenities.
