Glad the forum was helpful with your bidding, and it looks like you got a terrific deal, especially given how expensive Boston can be.What is the date of travel?Using the site's PRICELINE link is also greatly appreciated.Enjoy your stay.

I ask this because I always wanted to spend a night in downtown Boston - even though we live in the suburbs. Was very happy to get this hotel though Priceline. The only negative is, and this is Boston, there is a fee for parking. If you're going to stay over a Saturday night, feed the meter until whatever time it says. Street parking is free on Sunday and holidays. Much less $ this way than to park in a garage. Enjoy your visit!
beccab107 Posted June 8, 2009 Author Report Posted June 8, 2009 Sorry my date got cut off in my subject line. Our stay is one night june 13. I have never stayed in this hotel. Since it is in the financial district as opposed to the Quincy Market area, the immediate area will be very quite for the weekend. We will not be driving so the parking is not an issue. Since we live in a nearby city we will take the train, subway, or ferry in for the night. For anyone parking, the Boston Commons Garage is a lot cheaper on weekends (of course only if your hotel is near the commons).
