I just tried the search, and the 4* hotel in this zone has the following amenities: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, Tennis Nearby, and Spa. This is a match for the Westin Bayshore. If you're not seeing the same set of amenities, then you may be using different search parameters.
