oohay Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Congratulations, you got your price of $95 for a 3-star hotel room. Your Offer Price: $95.00 Number of Rooms: 2 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $190.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $32.44 Total Charges: $222.44 Started bidding at $70; was asked to add $22 to my bid; instead I re-bid in $5 increments. Guess I should have gone for the $22 deal.
thereuare Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Welcome to BetterBidding! You were correct in re-bidding in $5 increments, but kept that $92 counter-offer in mind and not exceeded it... but acting as you did over the long term will certainly bring you out ahead.Thank you for posting and sharing your win the rest of the board... and adding a new hotel for us in the process!Enjoy your stay.
