keytappers Posted May 31, 2009 Report Posted May 31, 2009 Using PRICELINE, I scored the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Seaworld on Priceline for $33 for one night (June 1- June 2). I booked last minute on May 31st. I was trying for a Hyatt, but this works too. With tax and and fees the total for my room came to $44.50. Not too bad for a 3-star hotel and a Hilton. I had to try twice and used my free re-bid zones. My first bid was $30. A screen came up on priceline asking if I would like to increase my bid by $7 and try again. I opted to cancel and try again selecting additonal zones with hotels 2 1/2 stars or lower. I ended up getting the hotel at a pretty nice price.
