tookthewrongturn Posted May 31, 2009 Report Posted May 31, 2009 I am looking to book a car rental 9/3/2009-9/13/2009 at LAX. I have previously rented cars from Enterprise there. I am aware that no car rental agencies have offices at the airport. The ten major dealers have shuttles that pick up at the airport and deliver to nearby rental locations. I have looked at HOTWIRE and PRICELINE and found that they say they only deal with five of the regular rental companies. I would be okay with any of them. So my questions are:1. Is there other information that I am missing out here? This seems a little bit too easy.....2. On priceline's site, it lists at terminal/shuttle/etc for the car rental companies. Some are listed at the terminal, some are listed as shuttle, which is obviously incorrect. Should I be concerned?3. My car insurance carries provisions for extra insurance for car rentals. I am from Canada and have not had a problem in the past. Anything I should be aware of?Thanks
