Searching for one night, June 26, two adults, pulled up the following in the Lake Buena Vista zone:

3* hotel

Price: $47

Icons: Pool, Business, Internet

The property above has not yet been identified, HOWEVER...

If you change your search to 2adults/2chidren a 'different' 3* is offered in this zone for the same price with:

Restaurant, Pool, Internet, Business

which matches previousl reports for the Sheraton Safair so that would be our best guess.

Also on a 2adult/2children search what appears to be the 3.5* rated Regal Sun Resort is offered, for the same price as those above, if that is of any interest to you.

Thanks for the information on the Sheraton Safari. I will see what my friend thinks about that one.

I did spot the Regal Sun in there, but when you do PRICELINE or HOTWIRE rooms for them, they give you a wing room (in my experience anyway) and they aren't that great.

My friend went ahead and booked the three star with the icons that matched the Sheraton Safari. However, it was not the Sheraton Safari. Turns out the Orlando Vista Hotel is showing the same icons as that hotel now. Orlando Vista used to be a 2.5 star so you didn't have to worry about it but now that it's a three star, caution to those hoping to get the Sheraton as it may not be as it was in this case.

Can you confirm with your friend how many adults/children s/he included on the search and the amenities associated with the property... this information can still be seen by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

I saw the confirmation page and it has restaurant, pool, internet and business, just like the Sheraton Safari did. She did the search for two adults and two children. I had told her about this site and this thread.
