I browsed around and found out about the effective free rebid zones in the area I was searching by reading one of the other posts. Reusing the same technique, I did the following:1st bid Pike Place $65- rejected2nd bid add Bothel $71- rejected3rd bid add Everett $76- rejected4th bid add Lake Union $81- accepted!!!Thank you so much! With taxes and fees for both rooms was $194.60. I really wanted to stay in Pike Place because it will be near the cruise terminals and would never have known that these other zones have no 4* hotels. PRICELINE won't let you just increase the amount of the bid if it is rejected, I found out, so you have to either add a zone or change you requested star rating. I have been looking at HOTWIRE too for a few weeks and the lowest price I have seen for a 4* in Pike Place was $102 so this is a great deal for me. Good look to the others out there!Forgot to mention I did use your PRICELINE link to bid.
