summitdog Posted October 4, 2004 Report Share Posted October 4, 2004 I am looking for 4 rooms in Vegas for Oct 14 - 17.Right now we have the Monte Carlo booked as a back-up at an average rate of $160 for the 3 nights.The best deal on Hotwire is $145 for a 3.5 star which doesn't seem like enough of a difference.I haven't seen any posting for this weekend - am I missing anything?Thanks.kc Link to comment
thereuare Posted October 4, 2004 Report Share Posted October 4, 2004 Welcome to BetterBidding!Given the rate change from Thursday to Friday/Saturday, i think this is going to be tough to beat unless you are willing to SPLIT YOUR BID.As well, a current search shows the Luxor rates averaging $179/nite, so it appears that rates have increased since you locked-in that rate at the Luxor. Rates are very high for the Saturday nite of this stay... do you know what even is in town? summitdog Posted October 7, 2004 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2004 I know there are a few conventions is town but I didn't think it was an overwhelming number of visitors.Maybe the Monte Carlo is our best bet.On a side note - any idea where we can get tickets to the sold-out "O" performance of Cirque de Soleil?On another side not- I am a huge Gopher fan who play your Wolverines on Saturday - should be fun!
