Priceline Hotel: Priceline in Toronto

I am getting ready to bid on 3 rooms on Pricelne. I'm asking for 4 star in the downtown area. I'm placing a very low first bid. My question is, if I bid on 3 rooms, am I guaranteed that all 3 rooms will be in the same hotel?

The Delta Chelsea is currently rated 3.5* by PRICELINE and 4* by HOTWIRE.
