The hotel website did not list a kitchenette as one of the amenities. I called the hotel and found out that this was an error in the listing - they do not have kitchenettes at this hotel. I then called Hotwire asking for a cancellation and refund, which they had no problem doing since the amenity listing had an error.

Looks like a good deal, but glad you were able to spot that kitchens aren't actually offered and that getting a refund from HOTWIRE was an easy process.Using the site's HOTWIRE link is greatly appreciated.Enjoy your stay.
