Thanks for the reply. The 3* star hotel is not available anymore; now there is 2.5* for $60/nite with Bussiness & Highspeed internet (no Boutique icon)- tripadvisor 3.5 /5 rating with 40+ reviews.

We'd like to stay somewhere central, safe & easy access to public transportation, our budget could be up to $90/nite (if we spend less in hotel we could use the extra $ on tours )

Currently there is also a 4* in union squares for $95/nite. I think Union squares is a good location.

I just booked 4* USE for Westin Market st. (I thought it would be Westin St. Francis) for $89/nite Jul/01/09 to Jul/04/09.

When searching on 2 PCs (same network, 1 min apart), 1 PC showed 4* USE for $92/nite ; another PC showed $89/nite ; they all have icons: non-smoking, gym, restaurant, bussiness, highspeed internet ; 4/5 tripadvisor rating on 320+ reviews (Did it twice, same result).

Maybe the $92/nite would be Westin St. Francis?
