Thanks. Will review the rules that would have allowed me to rebid immediately but this was my first effort and I was a little concerned I might end up somewhere else except the airport.

I am a canadian and seemed to have no problem with my Mastercard. I used a friends zip code and city in the usa and then used my complete address in the address field. Worked fine.
