Hotwire Hotel: Toronto Downtown Sheraton Centre

Hi I'm new to this, so please excuse if I sound innocent with all the questions.

I'm trying to get a room in Downtown Sheraton Centre in Toronto on May 25 to May 29 for 1 adult

I know for HOTWIRE it's zoned in Downtown west, and any way i could bid it instead of getting the offered price now of $66?

And for PRICELINE, it's zoned in Downtown, how could i get this hotel instead of other 4* ones in downtown?
