mdmomof7 Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 Bid History:1) $65 for Kensington - Earl's Court - Knightsbridge.2) Priceline countered for $82; I rejected.3) I bid $66, adding Mayfair-Soho.4) I bid $67, adding Westminster.5) Re-bid $68, adding Notting Hill - Bayswater.6) Re-bid $72, adding Bloomsbury. 7) Re-bid $77, adding Regents Park - Baker Street WON at $77US night all in it was $276.25 - :)Here's the Trip Advisor review for this hotel: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g1...on_England.html In the end I got the hotel for $5 night less than the immediate counter offer from PRICELINE. It was fun to try to get a better deal and I did get a bit better. I was hoping for the NH Kensington and possibly should have bid a bit higher for it. This hotel looks great, though.Used the better bidding PRICELINE link. I'm happy w/ this result. Thanks for another great deal! Hope everyone enjoys their hotels.
