Hotwire Hotel: 3 star hotel name in Charleston, SC Ashley river area?

I have found a 3 star hotel on hotwire for $69.00 per night. It is in the Ashley River Area of Charleston, SC. It lists complimentary breakfast, pool, laundry facilities, and high speed internet. I am staying June 27-July 3, 2009. Do you think that this hotel is either the La Quinta or the Riverview Hotel or another hotel? I am very nervous about blindly paying for a hotel without knowing the name. Can anyone help?

The La Quinta Riverview has previously been reported with these amenities but at the 2.5* level. Many La Quinta properties have been upgraded from 2.5* to 3* in the last few months, so although no evidence of such, i'm going to speculate that this one has received a bump to the next level, and that would be our best guess as to the property above.

If you're nervous you could do a HOTWIRE search for the first (or last) nite of your stay and see if this property is offered for the one nite adn then again for the balance of your stay. If so you can purchase the first (or last) nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'... if you're happy with the hotel received then immediately purchase the remaining nites of your trip; if for some reason you dont' like the hotel, then make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
