Thank you for sharing your results with the board... reviews are good, but with the resort fee and the 'rooms out back', i guess this one is a bit of a mixed bag.

I would love to get the regal sun for that price. What did you put in to get that? Did you just try a 3* in the LBV area?

Our dates are for june 12th-20th

The location to DTD disney/parks is wonderful.Its only about a 5 minute walk to the DTD shops.

As per the topic title this was a 3* hote in the WDW zone, but rates, and hotels available, are date specific... if you bid for a 3* hotel in this zone for your dates you could easily win a hotel other than this one.
