Hotwire Hotel: Baltimore Inner Harbour 2.5* $64

Hey, I was wondering of someone could help me identify the following hotel off of Hotwire.

Baltimore Downtown Inner Harbor

2.5 * $64

Amenities: Suites, Complimentary breakfast and High Speed Internet.

July 10-12

Also, does anyone think prices will go down? Last week there were 3.5* hotels for $79 and they have now jumped to $89.
