Hotwire Hotel: Pls help ID 3.5* and 4* hotel in Seattle

Please help ID both hotels and which one in your opinion is a better deal :

3.5* hotel in Downtown-Pike Place Seattle for stay 10th Aug-14th Aug

The 3.5* is a match for the Renaissance Madison Hotel while the 4* is a match for the Sheraton (although i'd put a slight possibility that it's the Westin) so that would be our best guess for each.

Of the two i'd take the 4*.

As we are travelling 10th Aug, is it a bit soon for us to be getting a room now or would you advise us to wait a little longer?

If you're happy with the deal on either of the above hotels, and your plans are firm, then i would purchase now... as they may not be availale down the road. Could prices go down, sure they always could, but by how much... $10? $20? Summer is usually a very expensive time in Seattle and, generally speaking, this is the lowest we've seen rates for this time of year in quite some time.

You may be able to get a little better rate via PRICELINE, but then you'll be subject to any hotel in the zone at the star level you bid and won't be able to take an educated guess as to what you may be receiving before you commit to the purchase; but as far as HOTWIRE prices go, i think there is more risk to prices going higher than seeing them drop substantially, imo.
